Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather critical information regarding clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet individual client goals and interventions, and consistently update these plans based on client progress.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and develop comprehensive safety plans as necessary.

• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance client engagement and peer support.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring a seamless flow of information and adherence to all relevant guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
