Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health backgrounds, strengths, and immediate needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, setting clear therapeutic goals and outlining evidence-based interventions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated care and a comprehensive approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n
