Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses for patients as needed, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to develop individualized treatment plans that account for cultural diversity and specific patient needs.

• Provide ongoing evaluations of patient progress, employing evidence-based interventions to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and clinical documentation as per regulatory standards and departmental protocols.

• Collaboratively establish comprehensive treatment plans with patients and their families, focusing on aligning objectives with desired patient outcomes while proactively addressing safety and symptom reduction strategies.

• Coordinate referrals and engage in building relationships between patients and various treatment providers to ensure a continuum of care.

• Act as a mentor by offering education and guidance to students and interns, contributing to their professional development within the mental health field.

• Participate in peer review and clinical collaboration activities directed by your clinical supervisor to foster team development and adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
