Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based practices to assess and diagnose clients' mental health needs, applying the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders as necessary to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Monitor patient progress and implement effective therapeutic strategies, adjusting interventions based on continuous assessments to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain stringent documentation standards by preparing and managing treatment records and reports accurately and timely, in accordance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies.

• Engage collaboratively with patients and their families to craft comprehensive treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances, goals, and desired outcomes.

• Coordinate referrals and serve as a vital link between patients and various treatment providers, cultivating positive relationships within the healthcare ecosystem.

• Provide mentorship and education to interns and other clinical staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.

• Participate in peer reviews and clinical collaboration meetings, promoting best practices and team cohesion.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
