Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that align with best practices and the specific needs of each patient.

• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation is timely and precise.

• Engage in regular consultation with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure cohesive care and maximize patient outcomes.

• Lead educational sessions for clients and their families to discuss mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources that may aid recovery.

• Manage a full caseload of patients, setting measurable treatment goals and monitoring progress towards these goals.

The primary patient population you will work with includes individuals at various stages of detoxification who are dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
