Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Develop and implement tailored service plans in collaboration with clients, including measurable goals to promote their recovery and well-being.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and access to essential resources, ensuring that their voices are heard in the broader context of social justice.

• Engage in program development and evaluation, providing insights and feedback for grant reporting and continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals and families affected by substance use disorders, many of whom may also face co-occurring mental health issues. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and ensuring they receive culturally competent care. By providing empathy and support, you will help empower them toward recovery and self-sufficiency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
