Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' situations, gathering pertinent information related to their mental and emotional well-being, as well as any immediate needs.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and emotional stabilization.

• Facilitate telephone and in-person consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate actions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress, adhering to confidentiality standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop holistic treatment approaches, ensuring that all aspects of client care are addressed.

• Offer educational resources and supportive materials to clients and their families to enhance understanding of treatment processes and available services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• A current state-issued license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by monthly productivity bonuses.
