Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the emotional, social, and environmental factors affecting students' mental health and educational performance.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions aimed at addressing adjustment issues, stress management, and emotional regulation.

• Collaborate with teachers and school administrators to develop and modify individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the unique needs of each student.

• Assist students in accessing community resources, including support groups, vocational rehabilitation programs, and mental health services.

• Educate students and their families on coping strategies, resources available within the community, and post-rehabilitation services.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and modify therapeutic approaches as needed while actively contributing to discharge planning and transitions to less intensive support settings.
