While the core working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, you may occasionally need to accommodate evening or weekend hours based on client needs. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including healthcare providers, will primarily occur via digital communication tools to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of seniors' psychosocial needs, taking into account emotional, mental, and social factors that impact their overall well-being.
