Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and screenings to identify client needs, employing evidence-based techniques and developmentally appropriate methods.

• Creating and implementing individualized integrated care plans that link clients to additional services and support systems.
\n
• Providing a range of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to meet the unique challenges presented by each client.

• Assisting in crisis intervention efforts, ensuring that clients receive timely support during critical situations.
\n
• Monitoring and documenting client progress, including admission criteria, continued stay evaluations, and discharge planning.
\n
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives by contributing to committee work that enhances agency service delivery and promotes best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients who are experiencing major mental health challenges, including but not limited to severe emotional disorders. You will work with a diverse population, drawing upon an understanding of the various traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal styles that influence their experiences. Your role is instrumental in instilling trust and fostering a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to express their needs and aspirations for mental health improvement.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
