This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility and convenience for both our staff and clients. As part of our detox center team, you will work within a framework that emphasizes collaboration and integrated care throughout our supportive virtual environment. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your schedule within flexible shifts, accommodating either 4x10 or traditional 5x8 arrangements as your needs require. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapeutic counseling to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on their unique needs within the detox context.

• Interview clients to gather comprehensive social, personal, and health histories, analyzing factors that may affect their recovery.
\n
• Evaluate the mental health conditions of clients, implementing personalized treatment plans within your scope of practice.
\n
• Coordinate and plan programs to address clients' social and emotional needs, including family dynamics that may influence recovery.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive-behavioral therapy sessions, addressing immediate crisis situations and connecting clients with community resources as necessary.
\n
• Establish and maintain trusting, respectful relationships that promote open communication and facilitate healing.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical interventions and adjust treatment protocols as needed based on client progress.

• Document client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with established protocols, ensuring all records are accurate and current.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring timely communication and follow-ups with clients.

• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned, supporting team objectives and organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification who experience a range of behavioral health challenges, including addictions, mood disorders, and familial issues. This role requires sensitivity to the complex interactions between mental health and substance use, providing a holistic approach to support clients in their recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentials in Illinois are required.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in clinical social work, behavioral health counseling, or a related area.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience within mental health treatment, particularly in coping with issues such as depression, anxiety, drug and alcohol dependency, and family dynamics.

• Previous work in a detox or rehabilitation center is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
