Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and small groups, using methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain and update thorough clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations governing counseling practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience actively providing counseling services in a clinical setting.
