Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, tailoring therapy strategies to address the specific needs of clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care, sharing insights and contributing to team treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure.
