Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges.

• Implement tailored evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, in individual, family, and group therapy settings.

• Develop and monitor detailed treatment plans that address goals, interventions, and progress for each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, nurses, and educators—to create integrated treatment plans that ensure comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention services by conducting risk assessments, implementing safety planning, and addressing immediate mental health needs.

• Advocate for clients' rights, ensuring access to essential community resources and providing essential case management support.

• Engage in community outreach and educational activities aimed at increasing mental health awareness in local schools and the broader community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of students and their families, addressing a wide array of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma-related concerns. Your efforts will be directed toward providing culturally competent care that acknowledges and respects each client's unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
