Project AdministratorResponsibilitiesArrange meetingsOrganize projectsPerform a variety of administrative tasks in contracts, procurement, and finance.Handle proprietary and confidential materialsAssist peers with processes and tasksCompose and produce business correspondence, reports, and related materials or guide the work of other staff who produce these materials.Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive informationAll other duties assigned.QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office SuitePhysical RequirementsAble to lift up to 20 lbs.Able to bend, stretch, and twistAble to stand or sit for long periods of timeClearance:Ability to obtain a DoD secret level clearance.Education & Experience:4 years of direct experience and a high school diploma0-5 years of administrative assistance experience, BS degree in a STEM, and/or business field.Location:Ft.
