You will drive program controls, enable stakeholder decision-making, and help ensure delivery performance and outcomes.Engagement ModelThese roles are expected to be staffed on large-scale transformation programs at a single client for extended durations, typciually 12+ months. Consultants are embedded within the program structure, providing continuity, deep program knowledge, and sustained delivery impact across all phases of the transformation lifecylce.Your RoleOwn core PMO workstreams, including planning, RAID management, reporting, and financial trackingDevelop and manage integrated program plans across multiple workstreams and stakeholdersDrive RAID processes, including escalation, resolution tracking, and dependency managementProduce executive-level reporting and insights to support decision-makingFacilitate governance forums and ensure alignment across business, IT, and delivery partnersYour Skills + Experience10–15 years of experience in program management, consulting, or large-scale deliveryPMP certification or equivalent, SAFe or equivalent preferredExperience working on multi-workstream or multi-vendor programsStrong understanding of governance, planning, and program controlsAbility to engage mid-to-senior stakeholders and drive alignmentExperience with PMO tooling ecosystems (e.g., Jira, Planview, DevOps, or equivalent)Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skillsAbility to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $96,000 - $148,500.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
