You will ensure integration across business and IT, drive governance at scale, and enable value realization.Engagement ModelThese roles are expected to be staffed on large-scale transformation programs at a single client for extended durations, typcially 12+ months. Consultants are embedded within the program structure, providing continuity, deep program knoweldge, and sustained delivery impact across all phases of the transformation lifecycle.Your RoleLead end-to-end program management for large IT implementations across multiple workstreams and vendorsOwn senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on program execution and governanceEstablish and run program governance structures, including executive steering and decision forumsDrive integrated planning and orchestration, ensuring alignment across business and ITOversee vendor and stakeholder coordination, managing risks, dependencies, and issue resolutionLead program performance management, including financials, value realization, and delivery outcomesYour Skills + Experience15-20+ years of experience in transformation consulting or program leadership (e.g., post-merger integration, etc.) including leading large, multi-vendor, cross-functional programsAbility to operate at senior levels, including executive stakeholder engagementAbility to translate strategy into structured, executable delivery plansStrong experience in programming governance, value realization, and stakeholder managementPMP certification or equivalent, SAFe or equivalent preferredExperience with PMO tooling ecosystems (e.g., Jira, Planview, DevOps or equivalent)The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $126,000 - $173,250.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
