Overview Bachendorf’s: Luxury Store Manager – Lead the launch of a new boutique on Knox Street. Location: Dallas, TX. This role oversees pre-opening and ongoing store operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and executing a dynamic inventory strategy. Location: Dallas, TX. Relocation assistance is available. Base Salary: $120,000–$135,000 plus company-based annual bonus. On Target Earnings: $140,000–$155,000; bonus eligibility begins prior to store opening. Job Type: Full-Time. Store Hours: Tuesday–Sunday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM; Monday by appointment. Start Date: ASAP; projected store opening early 2027. The role supports pre-opening efforts in partnership with the corporate team in Dallas. Pre-Opening Responsibilities Partner closely with leadership to execute the strategy for the new boutique opening Lead the full recruitment lifecycle to build a high-performing, client-focused team Oversee all aspects of boutique setup in accordance with brand standards Establish operational procedures and client engagement strategies Collaborate with leadership to execute a successful grand opening Ongoing Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations, driving sales performance Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with a high-value clientele Coach and develop the team on selling techniques and relationship-driven service Act as a brand ambassador, representing the boutique within the local market Partner with leadership to execute events and private appointments Monitor KPIs and implement strategic actions to achieve sales targets Collaborate with the corporate team on merchandising and inventory Qualifications Enthusiasm for supporting a new boutique opening, including hiring and operational ramp-up 5+ years of senior leadership experience within luxury or elevated hospitality settings Proven people leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams Service-oriented with a proven ability to deliver an elevated client experience Important Note: We’re working closely with Bachendorf’s.
