Sr IT Analyst

Sr. IT Analyst Full Time Perm Salary: $96,600 - $144,900, plus 8% annual bonus Way of Work: Hybrid - 3 days on location Location: Columbus, OH (Preferred) or Merrillville, IN The IT Capacity Planning team works closely with engineering, infrastructure, finance, PMO, and other partners to build data‑driven analytic dashboards that give the organization clear and actionable visibility into current resource utilization, future demand, and capacity risk. By collaborating with these teams to provide these dashboards, we help enable prioritization and proactive decision making for the teams we support. As the Senior IT Analyst, this role will partner with key stakeholders to gather and refine requirements to design and develop data models and Power BI visualizations that reveal actionable insights. You will translate user requirements into interactive dashboards and reports that drive informed business decisions based on available data. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Build interactive Power BI reports and dashboards with clear visuals, accessible navigation, efficient DAX measures, data modeling, and data transformations Ensure data accuracy through unit tests, reconciliation, and peer reviews Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences, using presentations, reports, diagrams, and user stories Apply problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues, resolve conflicts, and propose solutions Demonstrate strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and communicate trends Maintain deep understanding of the application domain, including business processes, data flows, systems architecture, and integration points Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience in fields related to data engineering, business intelligence (visualization/dashboard/reporting), data science, data analysis, or business analysis with Power BI 2+ years of experience with continuous improvement processes 2+ years of experience with SharePoint Preferred Qualifications Experience with DAX, data modeling, dashboard publishing, and data transformation API integration from various data sources Prior experience with Power Automate Experience utilizing SQL or other data extraction languages The preceding description is not designed to be a complete list of all duties and responsibilities required of the position.
