This role will support frontline and management employees across multiple states, ensuring consistent HR practices, legal compliance, and a positive, people-first culture.The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment. This role is critical to keeping our people systems, policies, and processes running smoothly as we scale.Why This Role MattersThis role ensures:Consistent, compliant HR practices across all locationsStrong support for managers navigating employee relationsScalable onboarding, offboarding, and performance processesA positive employee experience in a high-growth environmentKey ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations & ComplianceServe as the first point of contact for employee relations issuesInvestigate and resolve workplace concerns in partnership with leadershipEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsSupport corrective action, documentation, and termination processesMaintain accurate employee records and confidential filesHR Operations & SystemsAdminister HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Oracle HCM, Workday, UKG)Support onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and promotionsEnsure accurate employee data and system integrationsGenerate HR reports (turnover, headcount, compliance metrics)Talent Support & OnboardingSupport recruiting and hiring workflows as neededCoordinate onboarding and orientation sessionsEnsure smooth new hire experiences and system readinessTrack completion of training and compliance requirementsPerformance & DevelopmentAdminister performance review cyclesSupport coaching and performance improvement plansFacilitate training and development programsAssist with succession planning and leadership developmentBenefits & Payroll SupportSupport benefits administration and employee inquiriesPartner with Payroll on audits, corrections, and issue resolutionAssist with leave administration (FMLA, ADA, workers’ comp)QualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field3+ years of HR experience in a multi-state environmentStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesExperience with HRIS platforms (ADP, Workday, UKG, Oracle, etc.)Exceptional communication and problem-solving skillsHigh discretion with confidential informationPreferredExperience in QSR, retail, or hospitality environmentsPHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certificationExperience supporting rapid growth or startup environmentsPayroll or benefits administration experienceKey CompetenciesStrong attention to detailService-oriented mindsetAbility to manage competing prioritiesCalm under pressureStrong documentation skillsRelationship builder across field and corporate teamsBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceBonus eligibility (if applicable)401(k)Medical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffGrowth and leadership development opportunitiesOpportunity to build foundational systems in a high-impact role #J-18808-Ljbffr Dunkin'
