We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service AP Clerk to join a retail organization in White Plains, New York on a contract basis with the potential for a long-term opportunity. This position combines customer support with accounts payable activities, making it ideal for someone who is comfortable handling financial transactions while delivering responsive service. The role follows a weekday schedule with occasional Saturday coverage and a weekday adjusted accordingly.

Responsibilities:
• Process invoices accurately and ensure payment details are entered and maintained correctly.
• Support customers by responding to questions related to billing, payments, and account activity in a thorough manner.
• Handle credit card payment transactions and verify that records are complete and up to date.
• Review payable documents for accuracy and follow up on missing or unclear information when needed.
• Maintain organized financial and customer service records to support daily operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and service-related concerns efficiently.• Experience working with invoice processing in an administrative, accounting, or customer service setting.
• Familiarity with handling credit card payments and maintaining accurate transaction records.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage routine tasks with accuracy.
• Comfortable working a Monday through Friday schedule with occasional Saturday availability.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
