BG Staffing is seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a premier apartment community in Warrington, PA 18976 . This is an excellent opportunity for a leasing professional who enjoys building relationships, helping prospective residents find their next home, and delivering exceptional customer service every day.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, sales-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced multifamily environment. The ideal candidate will have previous apartment leasing experience and be proficient in Yardi software , as this experience is required for success in the role.

For the right candidate, this position offers the opportunity to transition into a long-term role with a respected property management company.


Position Overview

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and an important resource for current residents. You will be responsible for showcasing apartment homes, managing the leasing process, maintaining resident satisfaction, and supporting occupancy goals.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a superior resident experience.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional apartment tours and showcase community amenities
• Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries promptly and professionally
• Convert leads into qualified applicants and signed leases
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, and resident documentation
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records using Yardi
• Follow up with prospects to maximize leasing and occupancy goals
• Assist with resident retention and renewal initiatives
• Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Support move-in and move-out processes
• Maintain leasing office, model units, and tour paths to community standards
• Assist with outreach marketing and community events as needed
• Work collaboratively with management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience required
• Yardi experience required
• Strong sales, customer service, and closing abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property
• Preference for candidates who do not reside in Central Philadelphia or South Philadelphia
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, resident-focused environment

Schedule Requirements

• Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM during peak leasing season
• Saturday availability is required when business demands increase
• Employees who work Saturday will receive one weekday off
• The weekday off may vary from week to week based on property needs and staffing schedules
