Billing Specialist

Job Title: Billing Specialist Department: Accounting Location: Horsham, PA Pay Rate: $25/hour Employment Type: Temporary (60 days) with potential for permanent hire (60–90 days) Company Overview: A nationwide retail business is seeking a detail‑oriented Billing Specialist to support its finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities Daily Responsibilities: Process and enter invoices for national account billing Apply incoming payments to open invoices accurately and timely Follow up on outstanding invoices with national account customers Submit billing to national account customers Weekly / Bi‑Weekly Responsibilities: Apply payments and reconcile open invoices Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies with customers and internal locations Monitor and follow up on aging receivables Submit recurring weekly billing to designated customers As‑Needed Responsibilities: Communicate with internal locations regarding billing discrepancies or requests Assist with invoice corrections and provide supporting documentation as requested by customers Support ad hoc billing and accounts receivable inquiries Qualifications 1–3+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and follow‑up skills Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems preferred Michael Petrylak | Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
