Cybersecurity GRC & Incident Response Analyst

A growing manufacturing organisation supporting highly regulated government-related programmes is seeking a Cybersecurity GRC & Incident Response Analyst to join its security team. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in advancing cybersecurity maturity, supporting compliance initiatives, and helping drive a major CMMC Level 2 certification programme. The role reports directly to the Head of Cybersecurity and will have a visible impact across the business What You'll Be Doing Lead and support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) activities across the organisation. Drive initiatives related to CMMC Level 2 readiness and certification. Work with frameworks and regulations including CUI, ITAR, DFARS, NIST and related compliance requirements. Assist with cybersecurity incident response activities, investigations and remediation efforts. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to improve security processes and controls. Support security assessments, audits, policy development and risk management initiatives. Help strengthen the organisation's overall cybersecurity posture within a regulated environment. What We're Looking For Hands‑on experience within Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). Strong knowledge of CMMC, preferably CMMC Level 2. Experience working with CUI, ITAR, DFARS and NIST requirements. Background supporting or leading compliance programmes within regulated industries. Incident Response experience highly preferred. Ability to operate independently and work directly with cybersecurity leadership. Approximately 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience preferred. Why Join?
