Physician Executive - Radiation Oncology - Royal Oak, MI

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Corewell Health Medical Group (CHMG) President/Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the Physician Executive provides leadership as part of a dyad physician-operator team for all operational, financial, and human resources (HR) management; strategy and development; organizational leadership; and patient-centric experience. In addition, the Physician Executive works in collaboration with the Vice President of the service and is responsible for group performance in quality of care, promoting BHMG policies and procedures, ensuring consistent standards of practice, and proactively managing the provider culture of BHMG operations in alignment with the BHMG and Beaumont Health mission, values, and strategic vision. Leadership and Division Specialty Representation Creates a culture of clinical excellence and a focus on patient satisfaction. Communicates and disseminates information to physician members. Works in close partnership with the operations administrator. Participates in the dratting and review of appropriate information aimed at educating physicians and other healthcare providers on the service line. Represents the division at requested community presentations, meetings, and forums. 2.
