Key Responsibilities Perform steel fabrication and welding tasks according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Operate fabrication equipment and tools safely and efficiently Assist with general warehouse duties, including organizing materials and inventory Load, unload, and transport materials as neededPerform local deliveries using company vehicles Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Required Qualifications Proven experience in steel fabrication, welding, and blueprint reading Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to lift, carry, and move materials in a physical work environment Valid drivers license with a good driving record Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $50,000+ Overtime required Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) retirement plan Health insurance benefits Stable, long-term employment with growth potential Why Join Our Team?
