Make a meaningful impact supporting students in a dynamic educational setting as a skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. Collaborate with a dedicated on-site team and partner with a Tele SLP, contributing to a cohesive, shared caseload serving elementary, middle, and high school students. This contract opportunity involves working across three buildings within a diverse student population, offering a broad range of experience and professional growth.

In this role, you’ll provide direct therapy in both individual and group formats to approximately 41 students (number may vary), managing a total of 55 thirty-minute treatment sessions each week. With a balanced mix of collaboration and autonomy, you’ll develop intervention strategies, document progress, and become a trusted resource for students and educators alike. The schedule is full-time, 35 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services as outlined by supervisory SLP and IEP requirements
• Conduct 16 individual and 37 group treatment sessions per week
• Maintain detailed records on student progress and communicate updates to both on-site and Tele SLP
• Adapt therapy techniques to a wide range of student needs across different ages and school environments
• Support communication and participation for students during the school day and collaborate with staff

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure / certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
• Experience working in school-based settings is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to move between different school buildings
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
