As an SLPA, you’ll play a key part in a collaborative model, working with a Tele SLP to deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Your role will be essential in helping diverse learners achieve their speech and language goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA license or certification in Pennsylvania
• Experience providing speech-language support within school environments
• Strong communication and collaborative skills for working jointly with a supervising SLP
• Comfort managing a diverse caseload and adapting to multiple age groups
• Organizational skills to maintain accurate session notes and documentation

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language treatment to a caseload of approximately 41 students across three buildings, supporting both individual (16) and group (37) treatment sessions
• Follow treatment plans developed with the Tele SLP, modifying activities to suit student needs and goals
• Prepare materials and facilitate engaging sessions that encourage skill development and participation
• Maintain thorough documentation of progress and anecdotal records in accordance with district protocols
• Communicate effectively with educators, staff, and families to coordinate services and foster a positive learning environment
