Make a meaningful impact by supporting students' communication skills in a dynamic school setting near Tyrone, PA. In this contract-based position, you'll work alongside a Tele SLP, delivering vital speech and language services across three buildings serving a diverse elementary, middle, and high school population. With a caseload of approximately 41 students (subject to minor changes), you will manage both individual and group treatment sessions, fostering students' growth and development.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA license or certificate in Pennsylvania
• Prior experience or strong interest in working in school environments
• Capability to collaborate effectively with on-site and remote team members
• Excellent organization skills to manage a rotating, mixed-age caseload
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and caseload numbers
• Comfortable working across multiple school buildings within the district

Responsibilities:

• Partner with a remote Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct support to students
• Deliver a total of 55 treatment sessions each week, including 16 individual and 37 group sessions
• Collaborate with teaching staff, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records of student goals, progress reports, and session notes
• Contribute to IEP meetings and support the implementation of therapy plans
• Communicate regularly with the Tele SLP for guidance and case review
