GTM Strategy Director for IP & Talent Revenue

This role is responsible for translating our National Broadcast Shows, talent‑led programming, and tentpole moments into clear, compelling, revenue‑driving opportunities for the market. This role will define how our most culturally relevant IP shows up commercially—from flagship radio shows to tentpole programming and live moments—ensuring sellers can confidently bring these opportunities to market in a way that is differentiated, scalable, and rooted in audience connection. What You’ll Do Own the Commercial Narrative for Broadcast & Programming Lead GTM strategy for national broadcast shows, talent franchises, and signature programming Develop scalable brand partnership models for nationally syndicated programming and tentpole moments across audio, digital, live event, and integrated solutions Translate programming assets into sellable, insight‑driven narratives and sponsorship frameworks Define how talent, content, and moments become monetizable platforms Continuously refine offerings based on seller feedback, customer demand, performance data, and the competitive landscape Sales Enablement & Rollout Lead GTM strategy from concept through roll out, ensuring they are ready for the field Make it easy for sellers to know what to sell, when to sell it, and how to talk about it with confidence Deliver practical, sales‑ready tools including one‑pagers, playbooks, FAQs, and pitch guidance Cross‑Functional Leadership Partner with Programming, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Research to align on priorities and opportunities and bring programming‑led revenue ideas to market Work with Revenue Operations to set clear pricing frameworks, guardrails, and approvals Serve as the single point of accountability for packaging decisions, tradeoffs, and escalations Act as the bridge between programming and revenue Innovation & Continuous Optimization Establish disciplined but practical processes for creating, approving, and updating offers Track how packages perform in the market and make improvements based on results Simplify offers and deal structures to reduce friction and speed up sales cycles Experience & Qualifications 8+ years in GTM strategy, product marketing, content monetization, or commercial strategy Deep understanding of talent‑led, content‑driven, or IP‑based businesses Proven ability to turn content and culture into commercial opportunity Strong storytelling and positioning skills (translating complexity into clarity) Experience working cross‑functionally with programming, sales, and marketing teams Media, audio, or entertainment experience strongly preferred What Success Looks Like Clear, differentiated market narrative for iHeart’s broadcast & programming ecosystem Increased revenue tied to national shows and tentpole programming Sellers consistently using standardized, high‑quality materials Stronger alignment between Programming and Sales What You’ll Bring Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return Full proficiency and understanding of job function Ability to work independently with minimal guidance In‑depth knowledge of key business drivers and how this impacts your team Experience in team and project management for mid‑sized projects Ability to recognize and mitigate risk Confidence to solve complex problems using multiple sources of information Growth mindset and desire for continued knowledge sharing and learning Understanding of impact of your own decisions Ability to identify new opportunities for continued improvement across business Comfort acting as a trusted advisor for colleagues with less experience Ability to manage complex and confidential information and to influence others to build consensus across all levels Compensation Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and alignment with market data. $104,000 - $130,000 Location New York, NY: 125 West 55th Street, 10019 Position Type Regular Time Type Full time Pay Type Salaried Benefits Employer sponsored medical, dental and vision with a variety of coverage options Company provided and supplemental life insurance Paid vacation and sick time Paid company holidays A Spirit day to encourage and allow our employees to more easily volunteer in their community 401K plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at no cost – telephonic counseling, legal & financial consultation, emotional well‑being, family and caregiving support Additional voluntary programs such as spending accounts, student loan refinancing, accident insurance and more We are accepting applications for this role on an ongoing basis.
