Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalency

Required Skills & Experiences:

• Minimum of 2 or more years of experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience supporting sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
• Ability to resolve customer claims and complaints in accordance with consumer laws
• Ability to develop organization-wide customer education initiatives
• Ability to develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys
• Basic understanding of work routines and procedures within the discipline
• Ability to work within well-defined procedures involving a variety of work routines
• Good decision-making skills

Overview / Summary:

Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications. Ensures positive customer relations by resolving customer claims and complaints fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws while developing customer education initiatives and improvement plans.

Customer Service Representative Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
• Maintain positive customer relations
• Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws
• Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
• Develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys
• Follow clearly defined procedures and work routines to support customer service operations
