This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently in the field.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and equipment inspectionsInstall HVAC/R systems, components, and replacement equipmentService rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, refrigeration systems, boilers, and controlsWork on commercial HVAC systems ranging from 1 to 50+ tonsTroubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issuesRecommend repair and replacement solutions to customersComplete work orders, service reports, and required documentation accuratelyMaintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean working conditionAdhere to company safety standards and industry best practicesProvide professional customer service at all job sitesParticipate in an on-call rotation, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidaysRequired QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of Commercial HVAC/R Service experienceGraduate of an accredited HVAC technical training programEPA Universal Certification (Required)Valid Driver's License with a clean driving recordStrong knowledge of: Commercial HVAC systems, Refrigeration systems, Electrical troubleshooting, Boilers, HVAC controls and control systems, Join Total Comfort GroupTotal Comfort Group (TCG) is a leading nationwide provider of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and facility maintenance services for multi-site retail and commercial customers across the United States.
