Permanent position for Front Office Receptionist/Insurance Biller in a general dental office in San Mateo. Looking for someone M-F 8-5. Offers 401k, medical, and holiday pay. Utilizes DENTRIX.

We are a thriving dental practice and are seeking a Front Office Admin / Office Manager to join our established and dedicated team. The perfect candidate will be hard-working, self-motivated, and dependable. We are searching for a part-time or full-time member of our staff. Benefits included. Responsibilities include all office aspects from scheduling, insurance verification, processing claims, updating general information in all systems, ordering front and back office supplies, welcoming patients to the office and helping with any questions or concerns, taking telephone calls and responding to dental inquiries appointments, and insurance; scheduling appointments according to available time slots and providing appointment details to patients over the telephone and in person. Requirements include past dental office experience.
