Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule: Shift: 0630-1700 (06:30 - 17:00) Days: 5 x 8 hours

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Experience in an emergency room setting preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care for patients.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.

Compliance / Notes:

• Navy blue scrubs required for nurses.
• Patient ratio: Days 4:1, Nights 5:1.
