Branch Call Support Consultant

What You'll Do

• Answer and resolve customer inquiries
• Handle escalated calls and find solutions
• Support branch and call center teams
• Research customer concerns and follow through to resolution
• Work across multiple systems while providing excellent service

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of customer service, call center, or banking experience
• Experience handling escalated customer issues
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and professional with confidential information

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
