Branch Call Support Consultant

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers over the phone, answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Provide information and assistance to customers
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain a high level of customer service

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
