As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, entrances, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access. Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures; report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols. Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
