Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluate clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and mental health goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and client-centered approaches, adapting techniques to meet the varying needs of your clientele.

• Engage clients collaboratively to set therapeutic goals, regularly monitor their progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Deliver teletherapy services as a primary method of engagement, effectively using technology to maintain a strong therapeutic alliance.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, therapy sessions, and treatment plans while adhering to all ethical and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve at Vitas Wellness Center range from children to adults, each presenting with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and relationship issues. Your approach will be centered on understanding each client’s unique story and tailor interventions that respect their individual experiences, cultural backgrounds, and personal narratives.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A minimum of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
