As a strategic technical leader, you'll drive innovation by architecting and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions across critical business domains-including Financials, Procurement, Projects, and Supply Chain.In this pivotal role, you'll use your deep expertise in Oracle Fusion applications and enterprise architecture to bridge business vision and technical execution. Working with cross-functional stakeholders, you'll design scalable, sustainable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced solutions architect who thrives in technical leadership roles while working with stakeholders and is passionate about delivering transformative enterprise solutions with real impact.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the technical architecture and strategic direction for Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, serving as the primary subject matter expert for Financials, Procurement, and Project Management modulesDesign and implement innovative Oracle Cloud ERP solutions to drive business transformation, with a focus on scalability, performance, and long-term sustainabilityDesign and architect end-to-end enterprise solutions that integrate Oracle Fusion with existing systems using OIC, REST APIs, and modern middleware platformsLead data migration strategies and manage complex system integrations to maintain data integrity and securityPartner with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into technical solutions that optimize operational efficiencyDrive continuous improvement through standardization of best practices and proactive performance monitoringLead technical teams in implementing Oracle Fusion configurations, customizations, and integrationsDevelop comprehensive solution blueprints and architectural documentation that align with enterprise standardsrdsLead strategic decision-making for Oracle Cloud roadmap planning and module adoptionMentor technical teams and share expertise on Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities and emerging featuresFacilitate effective collaboration between business and technical teams to drive successful project deliveryDevelop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and detailed system specificationsEnsure all solutions adhere to security standards, compliance regulations, and performance targetsMaintain expertise by staying current with Oracle Cloud updates and industry best practicesREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor 's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related fieldStrong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Project Portfolio Management modules5+ years of experience in finance systems support, with a strong background in ERP and accounting systemsProficient with modern integration technologies including REST APIs, SOAP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle SOA SuiteAdvanced knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Security, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and data security policiesExperience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud deployment patternsDemonstrated expertise in data migration strategies and ETL tools (FBDI, HDL, ADFdi)Cloud ERP certifications (Oracle Cloud Financials, Procurement Cloud, PPM Cloud) requiredHands-on experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud)Familiarity with emerging technologies including RPA, AI/ML applications in ERPStrong understanding of financial processes, GL, AP/AR, project accounting, and procurement workflowsExperience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practicesExcellent communication skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
