Public Relations Assistant

Job Description Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our team and support the execution of strategic communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our organization's public image and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and the community. Responsibilities: Assist in drafting and distributing press releases and media advisories to targeted media outlets. Support the development and execution of PR campaigns and communication strategies. Monitor and analyze media coverage and compile reports on PR campaign effectiveness. Coordinate and support company events, press conferences, and interviews. Maintain media contact lists and update databases regularly. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PR tools and software. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
