What will you be doing?

• Provide daily administrative assistance to the sales and marketing team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and phone/email handling.
• Maintain and update client information, sales leads, and activity logs in the hotel's sales system or CRM.
• Respond to inquiries, follow up with clients, and support communication flow between sales managers and clients.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files related to accounts, contracts, and event details.
• Liaise with operations, catering, and front office teams to ensure client needs and sales deliverables are aligned.
• Help manage office supplies, organize sales materials, and maintain a professional and orderly work environment.
• Distribution of memos, contracts, resumes, room requests and amenities to relevant departments throughout the hotel.

What do you bring to the role?

• Four-year college degree preferred, however, any combination of education and training within hotel sales may also be considered.
• Proficient computer knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Basic mathematical skills that allow for calculation of room blocks, average rates, and forecast information.
• Ability to travel.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
• Ability to organize detailed information.
• Strong knowledge of the designated market(s).

Salary Estimate: $21.00-$24.00/Hour
