ACCOUNTING OFFICER (SPECIALIST)

Job Description and Duties

ACCOUNTING OFFICER - ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE DIVISION/ACCOUNTING SERVICES SECTION/GENERAL LEDGER UNIT / SACRAMENTO HEADQUARTERS 

The reporting location for this position is at 715 P Street, Sacramento, CA. This position works under the general supervision of the Accounting Administrator I (Supervisor).

The incumbent performs professional level accounting while having direct contact with program staff and staff within the Department of Parks and Recreation. Incumbents will be responsible for reconciliation of governmental and non-governmental cost funds.

Training and Development Assignments may be considered.

This position is designated as telework eligible-office centered.
