This leader will use transaction data, fraud signals, and decision outcomes to identify changing patterns and translate insights into action. The role will advance Walmart from reactive response to proactive fraud prevention by strengthening monitoring capabilities, tools, and processes and driving improvements across decisioning, models, rules, and technology. The Director will partner across Fraud Strategy & Operations, CES, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Treasury, Compliance, Global Investigations, Ecommerce, Marketplace, and other business teams. About the team: The Enterprise Fraud Strategy & Operations team safeguards Walmart by proactively identifying, preventing, and responding to fraud throughout the customer lifecycle. Collaborating across the organization, the team develops scalable fraud capabilities including identity verification, transaction decisioning, fraud technology, monitoring, and investigations.
