About the team: The Inventory Flow team leads initiatives that enhance inventory flow and operational efficiency through data-driven insights. This team collaborates closely with business and functional leaders to identify opportunities and develop analytical solutions that improve inventory productivity, availability, cost, and customer experience. Members apply advanced analytics and project management skills to deliver clear, actionable recommendations. The team fosters strong partnerships across functions and supports continuous improvement by leveraging innovative data models and strategic analysis. Leadership within the team emphasizes coaching, stakeholder engagement, and driving measurable business outcomes aligned with organizational goals. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
