Partner with stakeholders and solution teams to embed workforce intelligence into key workforce decisions and workflows.What you’ll bring:10+ years of experience in People Analytics, Human Resources, management consulting, organizational effectiveness, change management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience leading teams responsible for consulting, adoption, enablement, transformation, or business advisory outcomes. Experience working in large, complex organizations, preferably within Fortune 100 companies in retail, supply chain, or technology industries. Demonstrated success driving adoption of analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives with measurable business impact. Proven ability to advise, question, and influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners. Working knowledge of generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agents, prompt engineering, and evaluation methodologies. Experience with workforce analytics and visualization platforms such as Visier, Workday, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Advanced degree in business, analytics, behavioral science, economics, organizational psychology, or a related field preferred.
