Job Title: Java Developer (CLT) Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) What's the Job? Design, develop, and maintain Java/J2EE applications aligned with business requirements. Participate in business discussions and workshops to gather and analyze requirements. Transform requirements into technical workflows within existing project frameworks and design standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Utilize tools such as REST API, Spring framework, Mulesoft, and GIT to support development activities. What's Needed? Strong foundation and exposure in Business Process Management Design and Java/J2EE application development. Proficiency in Java, REST API, Spring framework, and Oracle SQL/PLSQL. Hands‑on experience with code repositories like Bitbucket and tools such as Jenkins, CI/CD frameworks. Knowledge of Agile frameworks and experience creating and managing JIRA.
