Automotive Service Writer - Roseville
Location / Schedule: Roseville - Mon–Sat - 8 am to 6 pm
Pay Range: $20 – $28 per hour + incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the CompanyHolbrook Tire & Auto Repair provides full-service automotive repair and tire services throughout the Detroit area. We are committed to quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Job SummaryThe Automotive Service Writer is responsible for managing repair orders, communicating with customers, coordinating tire and mechanical services, and supporting daily shop performance. This role plays a critical part in delivering excellent service while driving store revenue and efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesWrite and manage repair orders
Provide estimates for repairs and tire services
Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers
Support tire sales and maintenance recommendations
Maintain accurate billing and documentation
Deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications Automotive repair knowledge requiredService writing or advisor experience preferred
Strong communication and sales skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced service environment
