We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer / Salesforce Developer to support mission-critical applications and participate in the development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Apex, OOP, design patterns, SOQL, Lightning, Visualforce, .NET, SQL, and end-to-end web development .
The candidate will participate throughout the SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and production support.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Pages, and Visualforce .
- Develop scalable solutions using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and established design patterns.
- Work with Salesforce configuration, SOQL, CRUD operations , and application integrations.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Support integration of Salesforce with other enterprise applications.
- Perform application development, testing, debugging, maintenance, and production support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced developers.
- Work independently to drive development activities from requirements through implementation.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Work with system integration teams to support knowledge transfer and ongoing application maintenance.
- 10+ years of overall IT/software development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex .
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) .
- Experience with Salesforce design patterns .
- Experience with Lightning Pages and Visualforce .
- Strong knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce CRUD operations .
- Experience with .NET OOP and SOA .
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with end-to-end web application development .
- Experience working across the full SDLC .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and abstract-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks .
- Experience with enterprise application integration.
- Experience mentoring junior or less experienced developers.
- Experience supporting large-scale or mission-critical applications.
