Roles span Designer II through Principal, Senior Consultant. Your level — and your title — are determined by your assessment, not by the role you apply to. If you have meaningful experience in more than one discipline, apply to your primary discipline and tell your recruiter about your secondary discipline(s) during your Introduction Call. You may be scheduled for a separate Discipline Assessment for each one.
