This position combines hands-on work with field-level oversight and coordination. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial plumbing and experience guiding crews to ensure quality and efficiency while maintaining safety and code compliance. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating daily plumbing tasks in commercial and industrial environments. Perform and support installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures. Worked with and helped direct a crew in underground plumbing work, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and job layouts to install plumbing systems Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement solutions on-site. Monitor work progress to ensure quality standards, safety guidelines, and project deadlines are met. Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site and enforce company safety protocols. Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain coordination. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing, experience in a leadership or support supervisory capacity is a plus. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods. Familiarity with various plumbing systems and the ability to interpret construction documents. Proficient with hand and power tools commonly used in the trade. Thorough understanding of local plumbing codes and safety regulations. Ability to provide direction to plumbing crews and ensure quality artistry. Strong communication and organizational skills. Consistent and verifiable work history in the commercial plumbing industry.
